Okay the manga goes like this the seme and the uke are best friends the uke has an older brother one day he saw his brother having s*x with a guy and he saw the guys tattoo on his arm and it was the same tattoo as his best friend so he thought that they were in a relationship he later realized that he had feelings for the seme and the seme also has feelings for the uke and everything was just a misunderstanding because the guy he saw with his brother is not his best friend but some guy that has the same tattoo as his best friend ohhh and if I'm not mistaken the uke wears glasses
