I don't really care whether the person is older, younger, or the same age - what's important to me, right now, is that they're more or less at the same place in life.

Someone who's 40 can still be in the "party-party let's go get drunk, wheeee!" part of their life and someone who's 25 can be done with that & living a more settled life, so you can't really just go by age.

She told me something like, "you're about my daughter's age... you could go out with her". I don't know if she's serious though.

Oh, and there's a guy who used to like me, that's *sort of *going out with her. I didn't really ask about that, it's too weird even for me. He's 25 years younger than her.
