To elaborate on my post. I don't know many girls (asian or other race) that find asian men sexually attractive. Quite a few females I know think that they are effeminate. (not that I think they are but...) :/ So I guess I could understand the frustration but you know I'm not that sympathetic >3> It is somewhat odd that all the asian girls i knew dated white/hispanic/black

Oy, this is a very complicated subject.

I find it disturbing when white guys head STRAIGHT for Asian females, like some sort of fetish, or because of basically a fetish. I remember one on tv once noted that Asian females are more "docile" and "passive" due to their "culture". That I found highly offensive, but it's probably the mind-set of many regular guys.

And the idea that people can't find "attractive" Asian men? It's a perspective of those who probably have never lived in an Asian country. There are MANY good-looking Asian men, but Hollywood doesn't portray them well. The ones in Hollywood, like another person mentioned before, are either nerds or must know some sort of martial arts.

It's really depressing when some random Asian girl rejects her own race. I understand that there's nothing particularly wrong with interracial relationships, but fully avoiding one's own race is quite...disturbing. One has to realize that when that person has a child, despite who the father is, the child is still Asian, be it a boy or girl.

I'll add more when I can think of it, but this is the end of my rant for now...

There is one time an exchange student from America come to my country. He actually believe that all Asian are either Arab or Chinese/Japanese or India. And also he thought almost all Asian are nerd but to his surprised, it wasn't. This show how America still doesn't know anything about Asia. Some even think that all Arabs are terrorist. I don't mind if a white guy dating an asian girl, even if they want to get married. Btw don't think asian woman are 'docile' and 'passive'. They even tougher than those white girl. Have you seen a single asian mom raise 13 kids by their own? Well she eventually did it and all of them succeed. Some are lawyer, engineer, doctor, teacher etc. Seriously, it happen in my country.
