Three days ago I started to get connection reset errors on this page. At first I thought the site was down, but since I manged to enter using TOR, I assume there is some other kind of issue. I read that in the past there have been DDOS attacks and that sometimes a massive IP ban occurs and users can be caught in the crossfire.

Is there any way to confirm if my IP has been banned by mistake?
