I forgot the name of a certain manga and I was wondering if someone happened to come across it.

I think it was a one-shot and the plot was something like this:
The main female lead woke up but doesn't remember anything, and there is the male lead who tells her that she is his latest android or something. There's also this guy who really is an android. The male lead hide something from her but she doesn't know what it is. There's also this photo of the leads, and in the end she remembered that they are lovers or something like that.
