So Boa doesn't favor the world government. So what? It doesn't change the fact she is a shichibukai and an inevitable enemy of Luffy's. Besides, she lacks any of the characteristics of the other Strawhats. Boa is way too conceited and lacks any personal goal that she may achieve by becoming a Strawhat.

Anywho, this Haki thing is interesting. A very likely power up for Luffy, but atm I don't see any of the Amazon ladies going rogue to help out Luffy and teach him Haki. He'd probably learn from seeing it in action, like how he he figured out how to use Soru.

I'm guessing all the SH crew will learn Haki. Kinda like learning Nen in HxH, you'll learn it soon whether you like it or not

She doesn't seem like she'll fight luffy, it seems like Boa could care less about him at this point.
The whole haki thing seems like what rayleigh was using to fight kizaru, so it does look likely that the sh crew will pick that up soon (zoro and luffy at least).

I can totally picture Boa returning to the island and luffy runs right into her when he's being chased by the amazons...

lol you pretty much said what i was thinking there. the only people i can see joining him on that island are the ones who happened to save him. Margaret especially. Boa is a Shichibukai so she doesn't have any reason to lower herself to be in Luffy's crew. i'm not trying to undermine him and the rest of the Strawhats, but someone from the Shichibukai obviously would think very little of a rookie pirate crew. and since there's like 12 of them too it's kind of hard to expect him to stand out much to promise her anything either.

I don't think that they would think very little of a rookie pirate who happened to take down two shichibukai. Surely there is a difference of power among them (Kuma defeated them all in one hit), but I don't really think they would think they are harmless. Well, surely Boa joining them is unlikely, and I don't think anyone in that island would join the Strawhats, as nobody joined them in the Skypiea Arc either. There is always some past history being told when someone joins. Could happen though.

well the Shichibukai don't think to highly of eachother though. so Moria and Crocodile's defeat really might not mean much to them, even if that rookie has defeated two of them. i'm positive Boa would look down on him as such no matter what. his strength may be undeniable for sure, but all the Shichibukai seemed to have shown that they think they are better than the other. so it's entirely possible that she wouldn't even take into consideration that Luffy's defeated two of them so far.

I don't think that it's like what you said, obviously they recognize each other strength in some point. Surely Boa thinks she will always win due to her being "Beautiful", but I doubt she thinks she can go against Mihawk or Kuma and be unharmed.

I think Kuma's stronger than Croc or Moria though... Also, Shichibukai's previous bounty don't have anything to do with how strong they are.

I have a feeling that Boa's beauty wouldn't work on Luffy~ That would be fun to see.

He only likes meat.

I wonder if there's a giant piece of meat as Shichibukai! 😲

that's sort of saying Don Flamingo wouldn't be able to fight either of those two either for just knowing the strength of them. i don't think it makes much of a difference in that aspect, hell even Moria was about to fight Kuma when he popped up and insulted him. so it sort of shows how much they all despise each and think more of themselves as superior to the other memebers. Boa may not walk out unscathed from the fight with them, but her pride certainly wouldn't stop her from starting one. they were all Captains after all remember? look at the time when Luffy was with Kidd and Law after the auction he didn't want to be outdone by some other Captain. i'm sure most of the Shichibukai harbor the same sort of feelings with each other, which makes them think very little of the other members.

Well, but Moria and Kuma didn't fight. I don't think they despise each other as you say, and I think they more or less know exactly where they stand among the shichibukai. If not we would had seen Moria and Kuma fight. That is quite well to avoid an useless fight. You are making them look some selfish bastards, wich isn't exactly the case. Each one has their own reasons to be in the Shichibukai, as you can see, it's a status with quite a lot of adventages, which lead in example, Crocodrile to scheme behind the World Government's back. Boa is using that status to keep the amazon island as it's right now I think. And so on.

While they might fight other shichibukai to keep their honor or just show their strenght (wich is unlikely to happen), I don't think it would be the same with Luffy and the other new age capitains. If they are an obstacle to the Strawhats, Luffy will fight them, or if they are bad guys, maybe I'm simplificating it too much, but that is how I see this matter.
