I read about this but I couldn't remember the title. They're in high school, the seme is blond and the uke has dark hair. It's mostly from the seme's perspective. The uke (the younger one) is part of the sports department and they have more funding than the seme's department (general/science? Idk). I forgot how they got together but the seme was really flustered but tries his best to hide it to appear cool. The uke apparently has been crushing on him for ages. The seme is really smart too. Oh and the seme looks like Tamaki from Ouran.
