Two types and romance:

One that has a similar guy character as Hoshi Wa Utau that is stressed out because of the female character that gave him a traumatic past, with the female meeting with him later in the story.

And one that is a romance manga but with a timeline as far as school age and going to adulthood with childrens growing up.

Sand Chronicles. Starts from when the characters are age 12, follows until they are 23.
