anyone know what chapter the Jinchu Arc starts or where the anime left off? i don't have the disk space to store the entire series now so i figured i'll just start where the anime left off since i have the anime 😀

If I remember correctly, all the arcs from the tv series after the Kyoto one where fillers. On the other hand, I heard that the OVA's cover most of what's been left from the manga after that. But I'm not sure as I didn't watch them.
I think the Kyoto arc ends around the end of volume 17, should be ch146~148.

yeah..i've also got all the OVA's but i heard there was a difference from the manga so i wanted to try the manga now...thnx...

Yeah I'd also suggest reading the manga, and usually I'd suggest you do so from the start. But meh, you're free.
And now, I'm amazed this info has still not been filled in the series info page. Once you can confirm this can you please edit the Anime start/end part or just report back in this thread so I can edit with the correct info?

The OAV's covered hardly anything that was in the manga's last arc... Well.. The OAV Trust and Betrayal covered that part a lot better than in the manga in my opinion. That is pretty much the only thing. Sure Reflection(Another OAV) does cover some of the last arc.. It is very very very very little... Pretty much nothing is explained... Sad ending though.. Atleast for the anime.. Not sure where it starts but you should read it..

you really should read the manga from the beginning, having watched the anime first I also believed that I could start off where the anime diverged but ended up reading from the beginning. Even though the story is the same there are things that were left out of the anime and they also changed some of the speech, like what jineh says when he dies is somewhat different between anime and manga.
