LOL if code geass stuff were real, we'd have one heck of a war right now. XD

1st choice would be the Cybernetic prosthetics/cyber-brain from Ghost in the Shell, since those would be cool and useful to toy around with.
Gutt's dragon slayer and berserker armor would be cool to own just to say I own it, but I can't wield a huge sword like dragon slayer and lack the guts (no pun intended) to put on the berserker armor. In this day and age, GantZ's sword (sharp + easily concealable) and suit (temporary invincibility+invisibility+super-human strength) would be a much more useful alternative anyway.
