I'm so glad that this finally happened; latinos have been pushing for this kind of move for a long, long time. immigrants brought over to this country as children had no say over their own actions, therefore shouldn't be punished and held responsible for them once they try to do positive things like apply for college or join the american workforce.

unfortunately, this move comes at a time where it'll only be seen as a political move made in order to gain more votes ;(
