There's already an option to order comments by usefulness - (which isn't very useful, really, I mean, [i] the one who decides which comments are useful anyway). Could we get an option to arrange them by user rating? I like to read the bad reviews first, even of manga I like. Wading through pages of fawning 10/10 comments just to get to the good stuff can be tedious sometimes.

And of course it works in the reverse, for those who like to read the positive stuff first.
