no yaoi, yuri, shounen/shoujo ai or hentai

The only I can remember, a young male (teenager) mc got isekai'ed to another world. Not sure if he was dead or alive when he got transported. Basically, mc wasn't summoned by the kingdom or at the palace we he arrived, instead the first thing he saw when he arrived in another world, he seeing some lizardmen/goblins (I'm not sure, probably lizardmen) trying to attacks a few caravan from humans at typical isekai forest (that's what he thought at first), instead it was the other way around, it was humans (thieves) who attacking the caravan and the lizardmen are guards (not sure either the caravan are from merchant or royal carriage of lizard princess, lizard kingdom. not sure). So mc saved those lizardmen and killed those bandits (not sure if bandits really dead). From there, as gratitude for mc helping them, they bringing along mc to the near city and tells about this world works. In this isekai world, all creatures like elf, goblins, lizardmen and etc lives with humans in harmony. A not-so cliche isekai
