So in ONE OK ROCK album "Nyche Syndrome" that I have, at the end of the song Nobody's Home there's this part that comes after where they rambling and stuff. And the end of that they sing a song acoustically.

Lyrics at the beginning go like:
Boku no itari ya tomato tatoni...
And ye, it's hard to figure it out what's after, so the chorus goes something like:

Kimi to boku ha ... ( + something else)
And then at the end of chorus:
.. ni soneru tame, tameeeee (this tame is quite long), ikuyo.

And well, that's all I got on this song, I hope someone will have a clue.
