here I am again, after having finished other mangas (banana fish and co) and I fear I have to ask the very same questions I already asked about others mangas.

Blood & gore- how horrible actually? I'm hesitating here a little since it was said that it is... worth remembering!
Rape scenes, sexual content, etc. - how much and how hardcore? I don't want to read a half Hentai...><

From what I remember, there's plenty of blood with lots of severed limbs and such (it is a seinen samurai manga after all) . You won't see any guts or anything though. Should be manageable for someone with a weak stomach for blood, gore, etc. The rest I feel need spoiler tags, so read at your own risk....

There are several rape scenes, but actual ones and not the kind of rape that's in hentai where the person that is sexually assaulted gets turned on by it. There's also some sexual content, but it's not some random sexual encounter or fanservice -- it's all pertinent to the story. None of them are visually hardcore by any sense of the word; however, a rape scene is a rape scene, so it may be somewhat disturbing to read.

I remember there being quite a bit of blood(not sure on gore though...) and a few rape scenes, but as true_grave_unit said it's definitely not done for cheap fan service and not much is shown anyways.
