Sorry to ask, I usually try to find things on my own, but I can't remember the title of this one series I was reading many years ago.

It has a partly adapted anime that covers the first few volumes but changes the ending drastically.

The main character is a young, young girl who lives with her older brother and their parents are deceased. This young girl suddenly ages as a result of making a wish on a shrine god she saw on the side of road. Later in the manga the girl's love interest forces her to give him a hand job and that kind of traumatizes her. And that's more or less all I can remember about the series.
