If Ueda had done that Aki would have been furious and the fans would have freaked out.

It just made me sad that Aki doesnt respect their relationship the same way. He even said he got carried away.

Ueda acted like such a wimp, he even apologizes to the guy that almost had sex with Aki for getting mad at him. =/ the sad thing is this isnt the first time he asks Aki to not let men touch him, and he just keeps letting it happen. Ueda on the other hand respects their relationship.

Aki clearly stated that he disliked the guy(s) touching him and he did not get turned on by them. Besides this is just something the author does to create some excitement or drama...
Perhaps Tomoharu trusts him as much as aki does too (something he learned during the story). Besides Ueda sometimes made aki worry as well (with the same porn star and that time he went on a date with a girl to turn her down) and i am sure i am forgetting others.
Aki obviously was never going to have sex with him, probably even considered him not that big of a threat so why overreact? They trust each other.
