Today Utoon uploaded a new chapter for a certain manhwa and put it under a payment lock, but I'm already seeing it posted on aggregators. I have checked and it's indeed their release.
When should we add to the "Releases" page in this situation? The group's own website still show it as locked, but the chapter is free everywhere else.
