I don't think anything has changed since the beginning of human-kind. Same shit, different pile. The good people do is far out-shadowed by the bad, but it's still there. For every wise person, there are 1 million idiots. It defines our species. As for the "world" itself, nothing is wrong with it; the idiots are just killing it slowly. Poor Earth. 😢

Well, from a logical standpoint, there would be less people who need water, and therefore less water scarcity, there would also be less people for wars, not to mention wars serving a productive secondary function similar to slaughterhouses, and if we're eating soylent green instead of meat, clearly animal cruelty would be less of a concern.

But of course, this is simply a modest proposal, nothing terribly serious.
