Voice of God... are you talking about the sound flashback near the crop circle in Act 2 after Laughing Octopus? Just look for a crop circle area in the when you're looking for Naomi in S. America. There's also a 'hand' octocamo in one of the small sections.

The Tanegashima only has a 1/3 chance of creating a tornado; this only works outside -- don't bother shooting it indoors.

You need to get the Assassin's Emblem to unlock Altair's costume (beat the game with >50 knife kills, >50 CQC holds, and <25 alert phases). You could also use a cheat (you need to beat the game once to use the cheat/password option under extras from the main menu).
