It was about a small business printing or Design company. They did flyers for local adult business Pachinko shops I think. The female main character was a new hire who fell into the black company lifestyle (sleeping at the office working half-dressed).

Ultimately she hooked up with a man who delivered things to the office and move on to a new job. The whole series was translated but I think it got a sequel that not.
