So there's mainly (or only, I think) Kojiya and Mikura to consider.

1. Kojiya: seemingly perfect at first: handsome, kind, heir to a successful business group, smart. He is Azami's first love... until the night of her deflowering. [Spoiler] He's actually crazy apparently and out to punish women, which stems from his childhood trauma of an abusive mother [spoiler]. It's hard not to pity him while at the same time being on edge whenever he's in the scene afterwards... but it still seems he's going to be a major character surrounding Azami.

2. Mikura: the bouncer of Hanaougi; he's laid back but takes his job of protecting the girls of Hanaougi seriously. Despite being off-put by the amount of trouble Azami causes, he's still the first one to come to her defense/lend a listening ear to her when she's troubled. [Spoiler] He was indirectly responsible for the death of a courtesan in the last shop he worked in; being in love with that courtesan, it haunts him even during the series' events and he swore not to fall in love with a courtesan ever again [spoiler]

While it seems that Mikura is the obvious endgame for her, what kind of developments with these two do you guys think she'll have?
