I know a few (2 at the top of my head) romance mangas where the ML doesn't have any experience in relationships but the FL does. But in all (the 2 at the top of my head) of them, those relationships were unhealthy, basically only what the man wants or something like that, and then suddenly they fall in love with the ML just because he isn't an awful person and treats them normally. I want one where she actually had good and healthy relationships. so she would maybe guide him, or reassure him, or it can even be less prominent, she could just be without the common element of it being her first time doing romantic stuff. now even though I didn't write much about it, it's a hard requirement for the ML to not have experience.
