Every now and then a manga will get all dramatic which will lead to the artist putting a lot of emphasis on the hair but I want to see long hair like this, 100% of the time.

B-Men Kazoku is a good example. I personally think Pichi Pichi Pitch is the best Hanamori Pink has done to date.

I remember a while ago I saw a manga that had the most dreamy swooshy hair that was nice and thick with so much special effects all over the place so extra points if you find it for me! I thought I found the author again when I saw the cover of Tomorrow - Yasashisa ni Kawaru made but the art of the manga was not like the cover 🙁

Please recommend the most mesmerizing and fluffy hair in manga so that I can look it up. I think that it might usually be older manga so that is fine.

The Saint Seiya saga should fit.

Eroica yori Ai wo Komete and other series by the mangaka; though sadly very few of them are scanlated.

Anything by Ikeda Riyoko. And a lot of the other 24-Gumi mangaka as well, I think.

I think Kanyou Shoujo (KAWAHARA Yumiko) looks fantastic. Although it is really just 1 character, the times she is shown get's executed so well that I can stare at each panel.
