Is it possible to change the setup of the user lists into a "chart" with columns (read, wish, complete, hold and unfinished)? Like every new lists that the type "read" is listed below each other?

I have a few lists and the rows are so narrow, that its kinda hard to find the right list. I even would use more Lists to sort my mangas, but i guess it would get even harder to find the right list 🙄
