The only manga that comes to mind is Rin! where
the uke's friend is in love with him, yet the uke loves his childhood friend. His friend (the guy that secretly loves him.) confesses to him, but he gets rejected countless times. So yeah, the uke ends up with the other guy. Not sure if that's what you were looking for. ^^'
