for those who are wondering...
i can't read japanese, but a quick view of the raw this is what i think i understand:
the chapter is more focus on masamori... which mean that the chapter is more about the politic aka that very smallish little thing that is so important to the whole story... another that is also important is the tokimori-masamori discussion at the end part of the chapter i think.......

if u wondering why i made this thread, which is bound to be a FAIL thread, then it because i got bored out of my mind to wait for this chapter that hasn't come out yet... and also for the remorse for the mistake i made to prematurely ending that japanese language course i enter loooong ago.....
