Ok, for the past few days, i've been hearing this song on the radio, but i ALWAYS miss the name of the song as well as the artist, and i can never seem to get to a computer fast enough to search for it using phrases from the song, so i was wondering if someone on BU would know the name or artist, or even a longer phrase that could help me out.

Here's a phrase of the song in the chorus, it's song by a guy with a soft voice, and i think these are the correct lyrics:
"These are the seasons, i know they are changing"
