Can't seem to remember the name of the series. The MC is I believe an office worker, but he was accidentally sucked into another person's summons. Two of the target's female friends get sucked in as well. I'm pretty sure there isn't even a major threat, more like some sort of celebration or ceremony that involves a summoned hero mimicking the hero that was summoned long ago. Either way, the MC doesn't really have much to do, but ends up getting to know a mysterious silver-haired girl who becomes the main heroine.

The mention of a ceremony and no major threat suggests it might be I Got Caught up in a Hero Summon, but the Other World Was at Peace

I think the main girl had white/silver hair; can't recall if the guy was an office worker or if any female friends were also isekai'd.
