The yaoi is about a guy whose family was killed when he was young and his twin brother went missing. Due to the family debts he was forced in to prostitution but the the debt holder. As it turns out there was another boy in the emergency room at the same time as him and his family and he somehow he wond up looking exactly like his twin. The main character has a friend who is a doctor who finds out the his brother is actually dead and never told him. The other boy who was in the ER had fallen in love the the main character and was telling him that he was the brother, and in order to clear the debt he had killed his father and emptied out all of the bank accounts. In the the end the main character admitted to the doctor that he knew his brother had died long ago.
