So it's just this one-shot about a girl who needs to get tutored. But the only person that can help is the wierd eccentric guy that everyone is a little afraid to aproach. But after a while she realizes he's actually cute becuase she saw him without his hair covering his eyes.

Umm...oh, and then he cuts his hair for her and becomes popular, but then she gets sad that he can't tutor her anymore.
