What I remember is her mom told her to always have this jade piece on her person and she founds out that it prevents her from staying dead when she gets murdered for the first time. So not really a time turner I just don't know really know what else to call it. But yeah she's not very smart (lol) and keeps dying in stupid situations and the jade piece reverses time to place her in a safe situation or just before so she can get out of dying.
