I can clean, typeset and edit a manga but I need a translator. .

But will you be offering the Raws or do you want us to buy them? Most groups would rather ask if there's a way you wish to buy raws from or will the Raws be free. Of course there's other languages that can be used. Some Japanese manga have other Translation like Chinese or Korean. This one doesn't have it but yeah. Main point is, are you asking other groups to buy or get raws?
