Before anything else I apologize, because this doubt is probably pathetic.
So I just ended volume 1. Amazing, by the way. I continue to volume 2 and it somehow looks like it is not continuing the main story from volume 1 (with kirito and asuna) but rather it's more like sort of side stories and such.
Where does the story of kirito continue? I need to know... God I hope Asuna is fine 😢 ...
I thought about skipping volume 2 right to volume three but I had to confirm first just in case.
Thanks in advance.
The story seems to continue in volume 3, I didn't really read it, just took a peek 🤣

Yeah, read vol 3 for the sequel. BTW the side stories are not that bad either. And there was something in vol3 that made me confused:
The AI called Yui appeared out of nowhere so i guess that story also was also covered in side stories. It doesn't feel weird to read though you can pretty much make up everything about it.

So anybody read Moonlight Sculptor? It has a similar premise, takes place in a game world, all 29 volumes of it. Though I only read the first volume, found the translation on Ninyave's blog through google.
