not sure if either of these were a oneshot or 2 part included in a volume or separate stand alone. But i do remember they were not a full volume stories.

1st: Read this a very long time ago. Students
uke wears thick glasses(coke bottle glasses) and seme is interested in him after seeing uke without glasses or something
Uke thinks seme is teasing him and runs away and seme chases after the uke

2nd: Either older teen/student(uke??) and his family either move into apartment or already lives there or the seme(adult) was the one moves in. Seme i think is related to the landlord or something like that.
can't remember if the uke was curious or seemed to dislike the guy. Uke possibly think the guy seems like he does nothing
I think the uke discovers that the guy is gay and i think at first is wary of him then starts to develop feeling/ dreams of the guy and gets flustered around him.
One thing i do remember is there was a pet tortoise belonging to one of the elderly residents of the building and uke sees the seme looking after.
