Manga set in Middle East

Hi guys,
i am looking for some manga that is set in similar setting as Middle East, Egypt, etc. I would prefer shoujo or josei but any genre will do except the yaoi.
First example that comes to my mind is Anatolia Story. I am looking forward to your suggestions. Thanks.
