I've forgotten the name of a manga. It's short, only one volume, five chapters or so. Yaoi. A young man has been in love with his childhood friend for several years, but has resolved to never confess. He's some sort of cover artist. The childhood friend brings him food and cleans the apartment. At the end the cover artist creates a cover inspired by "the cold room and the warm blanket."
