I was Razor. I was walking around. While doing so I killed Stealth Assassin for some reason. Than saw this pudge hooking but he missed and killing some one going back to heal.
Dota can have some really impressive mess ups while playing. We had a silencer glitch and left the other team silenced until they died once.

When I was playing Doom 1, I used this walk through wall cheat code. So I walked until the game kind of crashed. Basically the chraracter walked to the limit of the game and everything turned rainbow flashed screen shadows

I was playing a first person shooter(not sure what the name was I was 12 at the time) at my friends house. Apparently his older brother hacked it or changed it some how. That being said I rounded the corner looking to kill some people, and was killed by a pink elephant in a ballerina outfit using a magic fairy wand.

Playing any Build engine game (Duke Nukem 3D, Blood etc..) Enabling god mode and max weapons. Then setting as many pipe bombs or bombs as I could. It causes a matrix style slow down for a few seconds and throwing you to the roof!! And it doesn't matter how fast your PC is.....

In the original Quake fps I used to play with a mod that summoned a badass friendly AI. For fun I used to summon multiple copies of the AI and kill it, resulting in the bastard continually resurrected and agroed my butt. The suckers eventually would respawn simultaneously and glitch out into an unpredictable ball of ax thrashing gore spitting doom. Good times. 😛

I'm not sure what game it was...
Doom or quake... Some older game I had when I still used windows 95 🙄
Anywhay.. I played a little, but it was my father who mostly played that unspecified game. I just enjoyed watching.
There were zombies, and big fury monsters that killed the hero..
It made me so scared, I didn't touch that game for a while...
(well, I was pretty young back then 🙄 )
I don't know if it counts.. It was quite wierd for me~

Super Smash Bros. Brawl. I was playing with the Wii-mote and nunchck and had shake smash turned on. I was playing with a friend who is an insane gamer and many times better than me. So I flailed like heck and killed him. Sweet.

The weirdest for me is I used to play Donkey Kong 64 too much as a kid enough that I had a few dreams I was playing the game. Yeah thats obsession. But the weird thing is that I took it out to play with my friends with nostalgia and I still had all the buttons and stages memorized and remembered all these cheap moves to do. And the night after we played I had the a similar dream again. Moral of the story Donkey Kong 64 was a successful way for nintendo to give me issues for life.

I guess for me the weirdest one would be when I was playing Zelda Majora mask I ran into a wall but instead of hitting it I went straight through it and kept falling.
Another one would be be when I was playing resident evil and I blocked door with a chest of draws, cutting off about five or six zombies. They hit the chest of draws and kept walking, all overlapping each other which made it look really weird. I the proceeded to kill them all with my gun without fear of getting my character killed which was fun 😀 .
