Is it me ,or none of the characters overlive their usefulness...

I mean if any of the slightly relevant (plot-wise) characters had died slightly before or after the whole plot would come apart. Looking at past chapters it is as if the author had decided to kill them of since the begging and hasn't moved the plot an inch since then. 😔
It feels as if she forces herself to kill them (and tries the give their deaths a purpose) ,in order to not change the plot...
Am I being paranoiac or does anyone feel the same?
Maby she just likes her characters so much she feels every death should have a purpose?

Chronological "relevant" deaths:
heavy death spoilers
Krone was literally killed for interfering
Minerva was executed after they found all his clues
Yugo exploded just after taking out the special ops
Bayon after giving Gillans' back story and humanising the demons?
Gillan after gluing the queen
The queen and the nobles after they sent the troops
Minervas bro. suicides Because of the promise? To not give information?(This one might be the exception)
Isabella is killed a second after stopping the sisters form killing them
I feel as if doing anything relevant is almost a death flag

The manga ka is ,male
I don't like killing off protagonist characters specially when they fighting to survive
But I ll gladly accept the death of ,their Mama and the grandmother, those two deserve the most cruel death
