A few weeks ago I found this picture, and no-one's been able to help me find the manga it comes from.

I'm posting this here because, looking at the picture, it's probably a safe bet that it comes from a hentai.

Nah, the only manga I can find with "After 5" in the title is "After 5 wa Kiss no Ame", which is a Yaoi series with a different art style.
Actually, there was also "Pink Chime - After 5", but that didn't have that panel anywhere in it.
To be honest, even recognising the art style or the artist would help at this point. At least that'd give me something to work with...
