so anyways i went on crunchyroll today and found out that cruny would stop accepting fansubs on jan 8 due to this agreement with anime companies. well i think its not a bad idea but its not something that would stop fansubbing.
and the fact that people have to wait a week to watch new episodes isnt great.
what do you think about this.
my thoughts are that the anime industry should join together and make a site (in which you have to join and give the name of the country you currently occupy) that releases subbed anime with no americanization at the same time its released in japan to everyone but the catch is that its like tv with commercial interrupting in the middle and you have to pay to download

Well, that's what they are doing with Naruto, with only a week delay between new episodes of Shippuden, so its one series down, but i agree, if fansubbers can get it out around the same time, a week is not needed and it could be in the same time span.

That's basically what crunchyroll is doing though -_-;;. The week wait is to create a difference between paying subscribers and the general public, or at least that's my understanding, since through at least one method it's available within an hour of airing (or at least that's what I remember reading). GONZO's free subs were all within 12 hours as well. It's supposed to be a sort of business strategy.
Subs being "americanized" or whatever depends solely on the translator. Actually, I see a lot more, shall we say, "internetized" translations filled with memes these days than I do normal fansubs, so that point is sort of irrelevant. Good translations take time, that's just how it works (think about how long, say, Menclave's releases take).

oh i forgot to mention it would be streamed in in hd so no pay to watch better qaulity.
also why the hell did they have to choose naruto shippuden like the naruto industry has more then enough money coming that they dont need to try milk out some more and in my opinion one piece would've received a better reception

well the site im thinking of would be more like tv.com then crunchy and the anime would be sponsered by companies to be streamed online (hence the reason why you have to state your country of occupation so that the commercials that are showed along with the episode is apart of your daily life)

That actually sounds nice, but then fansubbing would start to deteriorate D: And well...I can't buy anything online(parents no let me use credit card....)...well, I'm not much of an anime person anyways 🙁 and the anime I do watch aren't super popular ones like naruto.
