Madara probably will magically have the answer to every missing piece of the puzzle because that's just how stories work, like when the bad guy, for absolutely no reason other than to tempt fate it seems, spills the beans of his diabolical plan whilst the hero is tied up, even going so far as to name the one way his carefully constructed plan can be foiled and thus not only delaying the much anticipated conclusion to his years of planning but also ensuring that in the restricted time scale allowed the hero knows exactly what to do to win. Sorry for the rant, it just irritates me but I bet Madara will be able to relieve all Sasuke's doubts. The fact he even knows when Itachi didn't tell him shows that much.

I think Sasuke should return to Naruto, purely because it would amuse me to watch Sasuke continually irritate the Kyuubiby subduing him, lol. Also I want Sasuke to return and demand Itachi gets a proper funeral, I liked Itachi so I think he should get some recognition.

My prediction is that Madara was the one who summoned the Kyuubi to Konoha as revenge, I've been suspecting it for a while and each new development makes me more sure.

The pen is mightier than the sword...and considerably easier to write with.

I think he did it to exhaust his chakra enough so he wouldn't kill kekashi, and so he wouldn't have to fight with anyone.

He could be, the story is feasible enough to cause alot of doubt in Sasuke, so that he might manipulate him.

On the other hand, I doubt he could've came up with such a story on the spot. How do I know he didn't come up with it when he was healing sasuke?

Madara didn't know that Itachi gave Sasuke the ameretsu until he got burnt. A made up story may not have been to consistent with Itachi's goals.

Edit: Now that I've had some extra time to think, I believe that Sasuke might just join madara, due to the fact that he may become angered at konaha for forcing his brother into that situation. I believe his ties with his clan were stronger then his ties with the people of konaha,

I feel what Madara is saying is mostly, if not all, true. I think he was probably the one that released the Kyuubi on Konaha, or was trying to bring it back under his control and it got loose. ( I think he lost his control of it when fighting the first Hokage.) Beyond that I think his story is very believable and most likely true. However, I'm absolutely convinced it's not the whole truth. I think it's pretty clear he would, and is, leaving things that would make Sasuke hesitate joining him out of his story.

Sasuke is gonna try and destory Konoha. Just my guess. In the last panel where he looked partially insane I reckon it wouldn't take much for Mandara to convince Sasuke to help him eliminate the Leaf.

It would be kinda cool seeing Sasuke going back to Konoha and pawning everyone.

Of course what Mandara has been saying could all be BS, but we don't know that yet.

I doubt that Sasuke will go about destroying the Konoha. If he believes Tobi's story, then he has no reason to. But he is too proud of the Uchiha name, which would also be Itachi's fault.

I personally think that Tobi is telling the truth because Itachi now makes sense.

I doubt Sasuke would go back to Konoha. Firstly he's a missing-nin himself who deliberatly left to join with Konoha's enemy even if Sasuke ended up killing Orochimaru later. He still put revenge over the wishes of the village so there is no gurantee he would even be allowed to return. Plus he has his 3 followers, I can hardly see them fighting for Konoha.

Still I don't know if he'll join Madara either. I question why Itachi even joined if he was such a good guy. For Sasuke to join Madara would mean actively apporving and working towards killing Naruto after all and Sasuke has, so far, deliberatly avoiding doing just that.

Basically I have no idea what he'll do but it would be so much fun to watch him pwn Konoha. If I was him I would find Naruto and then forcefully ask the Kyuubi why he attacked Konoha 15 years ago since the fact the Kyuubi knows Madara is far too suspicious to be left alone. Madara definitely summoned the Kyuubi to attack, I'm sure of it.

I don't doubt that Madara summoned the Kyuubi to attack. And does Sasuke really care for his followers? No. Not at all. He is a Konoha ninja, and that will not change. For example, when he trained with Orochimaru, he never killed anyone at all. The one man that he's killed has been Itachi. And for another example, he couldn't kill Naruto, the person he considered his best friend, and almost a brother.

I can see him taking the Kyuubi out of Naruto and questioning it. And I wouldn't be surprised if Madara summoned the Kyuubi.

We're just getting too many biased points of view from people with unknown motives. We now know Itachi's motives clearly enough, but still don't know Tobi's.

Spoiler that hasn't been confirmed, but at least we'll have something to talk about. 😛

The scene shifts back to Naruto and co. A hawk drops off a letter, and after Yamato and Kakashi read it, everybody is told to go back to Konoha.

The scene shifts back to Sasuke. Sasuke asks Madara what Akatsuki is. After a moment of silence, Madara responds that Akatsuki is a small organization with official recognition by a country.

Akatsuki is an organization prepared by the Fire Country for renegade ninja. (note: o_o;; )

I think u both are right- I had said before that I sure know what Madara said wasnt the whole truthg, since there are many loop holes in his story...also I feel Madara might be the one who released Kyuubi into Konoha after summoning him which is why Kyuubi recognised Itachi's sharignan and also I think Sasuke just might want to verify whether Kyuubi was actually summoned by someone of his clan by tracking down Naruto. And I highly doubt Sasuke has any intention to kill Naruto anyway, though he might hurt him 😀

However, Sasuke is very tricky, he might actually pretend to join Madara as he has pretended to join Orochimaru but Madara would be a hard opponent to defeat. Madara does sound apologetic but he being in Akatsuki is suspiscious...on teh flip side, he tried to defend the third Hokage despite the fact that latter might be of the Senju clan..it still is confusing... even with the spoiler given by Dr Love...A-ah 😮 I now have to wait for at least a dozen more chapters to be released/translated before we can actually gauge where the plot is heading... still 😀 its nice to know, something finally has turned up to change the plot and possibly finally tone down Sasuke's bitterness and cynicism...provided he can live down murdering his own brother, the latter being a mass murderer though...I think Madara will advise him with something like "at least, u released him off his misery" or something...
