[Q] Group Addition Rules

Links to reader sites are not allowed as "proof". However, the batoto group sites have a forum, links to the group's releases, and I can demonstrate that I'm the admin of the group site.
Why is this not sufficient? I don't see any reason to setup a wordpress or forum somewhere.

I submitted my batoto link (http://www.batoto.net/group/_/n/necron99-r3834) for my Umi no Misaki release, but it was removed or not approved for some reason.
