[Osuwari Team] recruiting translators, cleaners and typesetters for oneshots division!

Hello people 🙂
I'm here today to say Osuwari Team is opening it's branch dedicated to oneshots and oneshots only. And all that cause our main scanner gone wild and started buying lots of shoujo magazine deluxes filled with oneshots xD And so, we have, like, about 120 of them as for now? And there will be probably more 😛
Of course, we won't do ALL of them, simply cause some are not worth the attention. But believe me, there are PLENTY to choose from. We have stuff from cheese, betsucomi, ribbon deluxes... So now, to the point!
I don't want our work on manga series to slow down, so I don't plan to put more work on my current staffers by giving them extra oneshots to work on. Instead of that, I plan to gather a separate staff dedicated ONLY to oneshots. That's why we need the following positions to be filled:
TRANSLATORS: oneshots usually have around 40 pages, may be a little longer or shorter. We expect a oneshot per month (of course if you can translate two or three it would be wonderful ^^)
CLEANERS: mind you, these are magazine scans. They're usually not as pretty as volume scans and a little harder to work on. The files usually will be prepared beforehand (means: cropped and leveled) but they still may be harder to clean than HQ volume raws. We expect a chapter per two weeks.
well, all interested please contact me via osuwariteam@gmail.com and put 'osuwari team oneshots translator/cleaner/typesetter' in the topic of the email 🙂
thank you and have a good day!

Hello,
Sorry to bump up this topic so suddenly, but I thought that it would be best to show to anyone who is interested in working in the Oneshots Division what type of scans they will be working on. Despite these scans being mag scans, they really aren't so horrible because they're from Deluxes, which means that they have slightly better paper quality than the normal magazines but worse quality than tankoubons. The pages are dirty, and some scans are worse than others depending on the paper, but this is what the standards should normally look like when we give them to you.
Magazine Scan Example (More examples can be found in Kimi ga Hajimete, which Osuwari Team released this past Christmas.)
Although we really do need translators and have more than enough typesetters who are interested in working on oneshots only, we need cleaners more than anything else at the moment! Please apply if you're interested!
Thank you.

Hello,
we require that you clean a chapter per 2 weeks. You need to clean all the text in bubbles and on backgrounds and clean all the SFXs.
here's the test for oneshots cleaner:

please rotate, crop, level, clon and clean the pages and send them back to osuwariteam@gmail.com (in psd format)

we still need more cleaners (experienced ones! some oneshots are a little harder to work on than normal manga!) and translators for oneshots 🙂
