I remember the mc is supposed to be a god or something and he is competing with the others to expand his minions the fastest. The mc picks goblin as his minion race and the mc could intervene with the world via animal possession (?) or dream. I remember they fought against snail race and won. There are elves, mermaids(?), snail/slug, and goblin races. The mc taught the goblin martial arts through dreams to defend themselves. Furthermore, after that they had a truce between 4 races (?) and his minions became the most advanced races amongst the other (?) but decline after hundreds of years because they got too complacent.

Thats the description for the manhwa/manga I once read, I forgot about the title.
