Pretty sure it's from the same series... (Ameiro Paradox) It could be fanart, though, or from a chapter Girls' Generation Scans has yet to release. Also: http://www.mangaupdates.com/showtopic.php?tid=36593&page=1#post566667

It's an image of Izaya and Shizuo from Durarara!!. If it's not a doujinshi, then it's probably just fanart. And the art style from Ameiro Paradox is completely different...
