I remember that it was one chapter it might have been a oneshot or a series of oneshots volume.
This was so long ago the details are vague. So it was about two guys who work in a company and they were together but one of the guys quit because he felt uncomfortable being together and working together. He got another job at another company but it was all females so he was constantly sent home early because working with a man through the night would be uncomfortable for the female employees. But then he told them that he was gay and all the tension disappeared. All the girls felt so much better knowing now that he was gay so he finally started to be treated equally. That's about all I remember. I read this years ago and have been searching since please someone help me find it.
