This series was originally published in what seems to be a shoujo chinese magazine (Manyou), and also in the japanese seinen magazine (Ultra Jump). And it's published online at http://www.u17.com/comic/14325.html under the tag "shoujo/ girl".

Since BU tags series demographics based on where they are serialized, there should be a josei/shoujo tag on there too.
