Forgotten yaoi title

I read this yaoi manga a bit ago, can't remember the beginning all too well but a guy ends up with a robot(?) that acts like a human but has cold skin and is supposed to comfort him.
He falls in love with it but it has a limited amount of days. When it disappears the story shows that the robot is based on a real person and said real person is in love with a robot version of the MC who also eventually disappears. They find the real version of each other at the end. Thanks ahead of time for any help!
