It was one of the first manga I ever read as a kid, I found it in a library in English. I just remember the protagonist was a boy who could read minds by touching people on the head/forehead, but I don't think that was the focus of the story. It was about him being a transfer student to a new school, I think? And his building relationship with the students there & this girl. I'm like 60% sure she was a tsundere. The only scene I remember clearly was an ecchi scene where they wake up in the same bed & the girl is probably pissed/confused, & the boy says something like that he's not used to sleeping alone, or whatever. I think the boy looked kind of young?? He was probably meant to be the same age, but he looked like the shota-type, I think.

If I remembered more it would probably be so much easier to find, but it's really been over 10 years. I think the last scene I read of the story is that they're wandering into a basement in the school, I think? It was starting to shift into a sort of mystery-solving thing.
